Thanksgiving Project
For my Princess School Art Class this week, I decided to have Annie make Turkey glasses to wear on Thanksgiving. I showed her traditional holiday colors with my markers and then gave her crayons to work with (no way was I going to let her use markers and get everything stained!) When I saw what she made, I was so proud of her! She drew on her creative talents and used non-traditional colors for her turkey! But then, she started eating her crayon. Oh Annie.
What a cute project!!! Mom needs something like that for the little bipeds on Thanksgiving morning. Hope that was a tasty and edible crayon:)

We got the craft set at Michael's. So fun. I dont think Crayolas are meant to be eaten! Luckily Mommy took it away before Annie ate the whole thing! RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteI like playing with Olive & George's little stamps they use to put on paper. I steal them all the time. That looks like a great project, although I don't think anybody could get me to sit still to try to do it! :) xoxo Happy Gobble Gobble Day!
ReplyDeleteOh that sounds like fun for you and the little humans! You could watch and supervise! Happy almost Gobble Day to you too! RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteHow festive! That's a real Technicolor Turkey Annie made. You're both amazingly trustworthy to get to do your art project on a white rug next to a white couch! We're wondering if that yummy-looking crayon was pumpkin flavor. Have a great Turkey Day! (OurPeople are having Veggie Lasagne.) Love & loud purring from all of us to all of you! >^..^<
ReplyDeleteThanks! That is why we put paper down underneath our coloring. It like pumpkin but I didnt want to taste it! Veggie Lasagna sounds yummy! We're having crab & turkey! Hope all of you have a fab Turkey Day! RosyPoodleKisses x8+3
