Annie is still barking about someone she met at Blog Paws - Dexter the Cocker Spaniel. She refers to him as Dreamy Dexter. She even told me that she thinks she fell in love with him! I don't know if and how to break it to her that Dexter already has a girlfriend back home. Poor sweet Annie.

Mr. Vita Bone at Blog Paws

When we went to the Blog Paws Exhibit Hall (which Annie called the Treat Hall), Annie went over to the Vita Bone booth and received a sample treat. Of course, she was delighted. Then the next day when I went over, I gave Vita Bone a treat . I let Mr. Vita Bone have a photo op with a Princess Poodle.

Blog Paws Cat Encounters

I reported that upon arrival at Blog Paws I saw kitties in strollers which I found quite intriguing. So yesterday, one kitty leaned over and tried to introduce himself. Since I don't meow, I was not quite sure what to say (not often am I at a loss for words). But then I thought about it.  So when I met another stroller kitty I decided I would introduce myself in my usual Rosy fashion and I started barking. I dont know why Mom got annoyed, after all, Coco said hi!

Blog Paws Arrival

After a 61/2 hour drive, which consisted of window watching, napping, snacking and very hot rest stops, we finally arrived at our room in the Sheraton Grande Resort in Phoenix.  Then it was time for the Blog Paws Pre-Event Welcome Reception. First, we met our friend Sugar and then we got to meet so many other bloggers and social media friends. We even saw kitties in strollers. Blog Paws Assignment

Before leaving for Blog Paws this morning, I sat with Annie and talked to her about what she will need to do during the Conference. I told her she should take copious notes with her notebook and pen, paw out business cards and make sure to wear her promotional Rosy Reports t-shirt. She didn't seem too pleased. She heard that there will be a lot of free treats, but she didn't think she had to work for them!

Packing for Blog Paws

We are leaving for the Blog Paws Conference on Wednesday so it is time to pack. Annie and I each prepared what we want to bring. But now we have to figure out how to fit it into our bag (I share my Princess bag with her). I told Annie she needs to narrow down her toys and select two. She thinks she should have her own bag. I told her it is only for a few days so she doesn't need more than two toys. I said I will be fair by eliminating two dresses (and will put my tiaras and jewels in my train case.)

Happy Father's Day !

Today is Father’s Day. So Annie and I discussed what our fave thing to do with Daddy is and we actually agreed! . Annie loves to snuggle on his lap after her bath and I love to snuggle real close to him in bed. Maybe we should call him SnuggleDaddy! We can’t wait to celebrate his special day with him

Tomorrow is International Picnic Day. I thought it would make sense to celebrate a day earlier; afterall it is #FuzzFriday, and Fuzz loved picnics!  And since we are in a late time zone, it is actually already Picnic Day in many parts of the world. So Daddy grilled us some chicken and we chowed down. Now Annie is insisting on another picnic tomorrow!

Flag Day

I told Annie that we need to get ready to celebrate Flag Day! So I gave her a history lesson. The first American flag with 13 stars and 13 stripes became official on June 14th, 1777.  Since then, there have been 27 different flags! Today's flag with 50 stars became our national emblem in 1960. Annie thought that was all very interesting. But she did have a question. "What kind of food is served on Flag Day?" Happy Flag Day!

Birthday Cheer

Today is my niece Caroline's 10th birthday. She is so fab. Not only is she a budding actress but she is an amazing cheerleader! I am thinking maybe of adding a Cheerleading elective to my Princess School with Caroline as the guest teacher. She could get my students and I ready for the San Diego Chargers season. I wonder if her Mom would let her leave Chicago and spend the summer with us?

#FuzzFriday - Annie's Mush

I have decided to do a new weekly feature on my blog. Every Friday, to celebrate #FuzzFriday I will do a post having to do with food. So since everyone always asks me what Annie eats, we will start with Annie's Mush.  We take chicken breasts and spinach and mush it up in the Vitamix. Then we put it in the Crockpot for 10 hours on low. Then we all go to sleep. When we wake up the whole house smells like mush. Mommy puts it in containers and into the freezer. She saves one tub to put in the fridge. When it is time for breakfast, Annie's Mush is ready for her to eat! And of course everyone knows what she ate since her ear always has mush stuck to it! P.S. History has occurred right before my blue poodle eyes.  Hillary Clinton has become the first woman to be a Presidential Nominee of a major party in the United States. How fab! So everyone is telling and showing their children, that you can be anything you want to be. And that is actually true for Poodles too. After all, two of the Clinton's dogs (Tally and Maisie) are said to be Toy Poodle mixes! I wonder if they have always dreamed of being First Dogs!

P.S.- No, I am not declaring my support for any candidate. Trump also has a dog (Spinee).
