The other day we wanted to do some planting. So Mommy took us to pick out what we wanted to plant. I got poppies and sunflowers and cant wait to see their pretty blooms. Annie was so proud of her choice of a money tree. She read on the box that money does grow on trees. So now she thinks she is going to get rich.

I think Annie had a great idea. The more money she grows the more toys and treats she can buy! Rosy I think you made a fab choice too, beautiful flowers that you can use to enhance lots of things. We can't wait to see the fruits of your labor, girls! :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I just hope her money tree grows money, cause she will be awfully disappointed since she has already started her "to buy" list! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteRosy, perhaps Annie can sell the tree when it gets bigger. Then both of you can use the money to buy more flowers. Maybe that's called paying it forward?
ReplyDeleteThat is a good idea Bob, I will pass that on to her. If she won't buy flowers, then maybe I can talk her into giving me a percentage of the proceeds. BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteBoth you & Annie had terrific ideas, Rosy. The poppies & sunflowers are both "happy" colors so your garden will be bright & cheery. If real money doesn't grow on Annie's money tree maybe she could buy a "dollar" eucalyptus tree. Maybe that would do the trick. xo

That is an interesting idea. She will want to know how many toys she can get from the dollars on that tree. BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
Deletehe he - let us know if that money tree ever blooms with money and we'll get one of those. M says her mom used to have a plant called Silver Dollar. He he - stores wouldn't take it tho.
ReplyDeleteOh I will definitely let you know Mario. Annie is anxiously awaiting her first dollar! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
