The other day we went to Solvang near Santa Barbara also called “little Denmark”. I was excited cause I thought we would get to meet a bunch of Great Danes. But instead, we all took this trolley ride pulled by giant Belgian horses. I am not sure what the difference between Danish and Belgian horses are. Maybe one eats pastries the other eats waffles?
BearHUGs Forever,
Annie
what a beautiful picture. the whole family in one shot. I'm going to guess that Annie, Rosy and Bunny Bell are having a blast in all those new places.
ReplyDeleteYes! We just love our vacation ! So fun! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteWow that looks like such a lot of fun! I think I might be afraid of horses, they are so big, but they are very pretty! Did the trolly go anyplace special?
ReplyDeleteActually, Annie was very afraid at the horses at first. She started barking at them. But then she was fine once she got on the trolley. The trolley took us all around Solvang telling us about the history, buildings and places to get pastries! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteRosy, you & Annie have seen many beautiful beaches & towns on your vacation but I'll bet Solvang was one of the most fun. It looks like Christmas year 'round because they have fancy buildings. We took our little shih tzu, Gus, to Solvang & he loved investigating.
DeleteDid you & Annie try the ebelskivers? YUMMY. June (noahzbark)
Yes June! Solvang was a lot of fun and had yum sniffing! (Even Mommy kept on saying mmmmmm) We didn't try ebelskivers! I guess we need to go back! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!
